We’ll guide you through a meet-and-greet and trial to make sure daycare is a good fit for your dog. Once we’ve confirmed they’re ready to join us, we’ll help you get started with credits and bookings.

We’re aiming for Monday 2 November 2026, subject to the premises and opening preparations being ready. Planned hours are 6 am–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Group daycare suits dogs who feel comfortable around other dogs, can cope with a busy environment and enjoy socialising in a group. It isn’t the right fit for every dog, so we take time to assess each dog before they join our pack, considering their needs and those of the group.

Your dog’s wellbeing always comes first. We’ll give you honest, ongoing feedback about how they’re settling in, what they’re enjoying and whether daycare continues to suit them. Our goal is for every dog in our care to feel safe, happy and comfortable.

We use positive reinforcement and gentle, respectful handling to help dogs feel safe and build trust. We encourage positive behaviour through praise, play and suitable rewards, taking each dog’s personality and needs into account.

We work with you to understand what helps your dog feel comfortable, including any sensitivities or handling preferences.

A half day is up to five consecutive hours; a full day is more than five hours. All visits must be within opening hours. Separate half-day and full-day credits can be shared between approved dogs in the same household. Prices are shown above, with any provisional rates clearly labelled. Paid credits are valid for three years from purchase.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice for a credit return or a refund of the amount actually paid for the credit. Later cancellations are reviewed individually. Read the full Terms & Conditions in the section below.

Collection is by 6:30 pm. There is a 10-minute grace period, then a $20 household late-collection fee per occasion. If both contacts are unreachable at 6:40 pm, the agreed emergency-care arrangement applies. See the Terms & Conditions for details.
